Our company has regularly used Norwich Car Hire from when they were Thrifty a few years ago in Norwich and since they left. The service has improved because they are independent and can cater for our every need and be more flexible. They are friendly, do a good deal but most importantly, if you leave it too late they will do everything possible to get you a car. That's what I call a good service.
